February - Project 366

Another month in to my Project 366 and I'm still enjoying it. I missed one day along the way when my back was really sore and I could hardly hold the camera let alone think of taking a photo, but otherwise I've captured something I've been happy with every day. Some of those everyday moments, some of those 'firsts' I want to remember, and some just gorgeous photos of my boys.

So here is our month, in images:

Thanks for looking! I know it was photo overload... but I couldn't pick favourites!

  1. you know I LOVE photo overload! oh they are just divine. I think my fave is the blowing bubbles one. do you create your photo layout (like when you do the two smaller ones side by side) in photoshop and then transport to your draft post? I am looking at getting Lightroom x

    1. Thanks Tahnee. xx

Yes, I create the collages/side by sides in photoshop - I edit in lightroom mostly though. Lightroom is much simpler to use than PS!

  2. I think 'looking through the window' is my have... and where did you get that mini-chainsaw? When my husb built the kids sandpit at xmas, Elliott was riveted by the chainsaw... but needless to say I didn't want him anywhere near it!! I love that I can get him a matching daddy-son one!! x

    1. I do love that one too.

The chainsaw was a present - I suspect just bought from Big W or somewhere like that, but perhaps it was one of those toy sale specials they have since I know my sister in law buys most of her presents at that time.

  5. Oh Melissa, they're gorgeous. All of them. Love the praying mantis, and the cloud gazing. I'd put those on canvas if I were you!

    1. Thanks Vanessa! I can't pick a favourite. I'm going to make a book of the whole year, but I really need to get some photos printed for the wall - I think I'll have to do a whole photo wall so I can choose more than a couple!
